  • Mood states (happy, sad, energetic, anxious, etc.)

How do I set up reminders?
Go to the Reminders tab to set up notifications for:

  • Medication reminders
  • Doctor appointments
You can customize the timing and frequency of each reminder type.

Can I sync my data across multiple devices?
Currently, Cyclea stores all data locally on your device for maximum privacy, which means data doesn't sync between devices. You can backup your data through your regular iPhone backup (iTunes or iCloud device backup).
What happens if I delete the app?
If you delete Cyclea, all your local data will be permanently removed from your device. Make sure to backup your iPhone before uninstalling if you want to preserve your data.

🏥 Health & Medical

Can I use Cyclea for birth control?
No. Cyclea is a tracking tool, not a contraceptive method. The app's predictions are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon to prevent pregnancy. Always consult your healthcare provider for reliable birth control methods.
Can Cyclea help me get pregnant?
Cyclea can help you understand your cycle and identify your fertile window, which may be useful when trying to conceive. However, it's not a medical device and predictions are estimates. For conception planning, please consult with your doctor or a fertility specialist.
My cycle is irregular. Will Cyclea work for me?
Yes! While predictions may be less accurate for irregular cycles, Cyclea can still help you track symptoms, identify patterns, and monitor your health. The more data you log, the better the app can adapt to your unique cycle patterns.
Should I share my Cyclea data with my doctor?
Absolutely! The tracking data and insights from Cyclea can be very helpful during medical appointments. You can show your doctor your cycle history, symptom patterns, and any concerns you've noted in the app.

No. Cyclea is a health tracking tool designed to help you monitor your menstrual cycle. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
